Apply For A Bursary

If you are a student who wishes to apply for a bursary you can download the application form.

Please send the completed application form, together with your C.V. to:

Veterinary Vouchers Trust,
P.O. Box 128,
Ashton-under-Lyne.
OL6 8YU

Applications must be recieved no later than 1st July.

Important Note:

The Veterinary Vouchers Trust has as it's priority the provision of tuition fees for prospective veterinary students who do not otherwise qualify for a Government Grant.

It is a requirement upon acceptance of a bursary from ourselves that, when qualified, the student agrees to donate his time free of charge for a period to be specified by the Trust. This is either by the provision of subsidised neutering of dogs and/or cats for people on low income, or by the voluntary support of a local Animal Charity (Registered with the Charity Commissioners of England and Wales). This could be in the form of one or two hours a week for three to six months.

Those students who come from abroad must practice in Great Britain for a specified period upon qualifying, otherwise they will be liable to reimburse the monies on return to their home country beginning within three months of the start of their employment/start of practice.
